I came Taiwan already one year more. First of all, I want to have a new self- introduction. My name is Joey Lam, I come from Hong Kong for my college life in 2017. I am a year two student in Foreign Language and Applied Linguistics. I am so happy to come Taiwan in 2017. Because I make a lot of friends, and I join many activities in my department.

I came Taiwan for study already one year. I think Taiwan's college is more relax than Hong Kong's college. But the lessons here is more diverse than Hong Kong, so I think I had learn many kinds of skills in this years. Actually, I learn not only in class, but also in activities. For example, summer camp, Japanese culture festival, and the department night. I complete a lot of performance with my friends. And I think we did a good job.

In a new year of 2019, I want to create more important memory with my friends, I also want my English can have more better score. Hope I can complete these targets, and have more better life in Yuan Zi University.

But the lessons here is more diverse than Hong Kong, so I think I had learn many kinds of skills in this years." As same as you, I am also a Hong Kong students in Taiwan. I think that it is hard that to leave home and came alone for studying. However, I found that it is very interesting and relaxing that studying here. It is happy that you can enjoy your school life.

I believe that most of you have written an essay which about 'My dream job' in your primary school or secondary school. I also believe that this problem have bothered you a long time. Whenever I think about this problem, I almost doubt if this job is right for myself. Because we receive a lot of ridiculous information from our parents. I always consider this question, I always ask myself why I am here and where I would go after I died. Of course, I never have the answer. Someone maybe believe that the meaning of life is to earn more and more money and be a rich man. Someone maybe idling every day, but they love their life. There are different lifestyle in this world. And I would not think there are bad lifestyle, if they love their life, it is enough to live. Personally, the meaning of life for me is work hard play hard. To learn more in order to make your life informative. Go to experience more something you did not try before. Go on to do something you like and you hope. Actually, I really cannot imagine I will become someone's mother one day in the future. In this winter vocation, I went back Hong Kong. I looked at my mother's hair, I felt very painful from my heart. So many white hair in her head. I think back, I am already 19 years old. My mother has nurtured me about 19 years old. In these years, she never had a nice make up on her face, she also seldom hangout with her friends. Because she needs to take care my younger sister and me.
